I have had dogs for as long as I can remember.

It was only when we took on our rescue dog, Mickey, that our lives were to take on a huge change.

Mickey was not without his problems (and come to think of it, neither were the others if we are honest.) His arrival just highlighted our difficulties.

We had almost all the problems you can imagine, pulling on the lead, aggression towards other dogs, etc need I say more? Feeling despair because nothing else worked and we had tried most things we were at a loss as to what to do. Walking our dogs had become something that neither dogs or us particularly enjoyed anymore. Then a very dear friend came to our rescue by buying me "The Dog Listener" by Jan Fennell. I sat and read the whole thing one wet Sunday afternoon.

It was as if we had been stumbling about in the dark and someone suddenly found the light switch.

Our lives were transformed, thanks to Jan Fennell and her remarkable kind and compassionate method - Amichien Bonding®. So much so that I felt I wanted to take things further and help other people, so I went on Jan's canine communication courses.

In December 2003 I completed the Foundation Course and went on to complete the Advanced Course in June 2004.
Fully trained by Jan Fennell I am the proud holder of both the Foundation Course and Advanced Course Certificates in Canine Communication. Although based in Shropshire I am happy to travel to where ever I am needed giving 1-2-1 consultations.
